Realtors must disclose if new home is infected by Jehovah's Witnesses.

Due to a surge in visits from the Jehovah's Witnesses, they have to reveal that they are in the area.

Realtors have to disclose certain things if asked like, Did someone die here before, or is this built on an old native burial ground? This is to protect the potential home dweller from discovering any shocking information about their new abode before they move in.

Now, due to increasing frequency of knocking on Sunday mornings, realtors must now tell the new dweller if the area is infected with Jehovah's Witnesses.

"A lot of people want to move away from their crazy religious relatives, the last thing they want is to move to a place that is crawling with Jehovah Witnesses." said Eve St. Clair, Realtor for the Haverhill Group. "Once you got them, you can't get rid of them."

Now that this new law has passed, Realtors hope to see an uptick in home sales in secular areas, and a drop in the market in the mid-west.
