Just like there are snake handler preachers, because the bible says so, a bunch of US Christians have taken to inbreeding to try to be their own rape baby like Jesus was.

In addition to taking poorly translated passages that condemn the LGBTQ community and being against abortion (even though the bible never does) they have taken to inbreeding because God had impregnated Mary so he can have a physical baby of himself.

The Bible mentions a number of sexual relationships between close kin.
